Finding a need in the market and creating an enterprise to fill the gap is one of Seth Church's passions. One of his first endeavors was building a house to sell when he was 17 years old. After that experience he built ten more and branched into commercial, government, and oilfield construction projects.

Seth discovered at an early age that a company is only as good as its people.

"My philosophy is to surround myself with specialists who are diligent in their work and have strong moral values."    Seth Church

During his early 20's, Mr. Church bought and sold land, houses, warehouses, and apartment buildings. His construction company grew from a family owned business to a multi-million dollar enterprise that had projects throughout Alaska.

At the age of 25, Seth had investments in multiple real estate ventures, two construction companies, a workforce housing operation, and an equipment rental store servicing the Prudhoe Bay Oilfield in Northern Alaska.

With the discovery of new technology to make the production of oil more affordable in North Dakota, his eyes soon turned toward opportunities in the Bakken Shale Basin. The company he founded started out by putting up and taking down modular water tanks but soon morphed into heavy civil, cranes, roustabouts, trucking, and hydro-excavation.

In 2016 Seth moved back to Alaska and founded Jewel Isaac, LLC (JI), a construction company specializing in light commercial tenant improvements. JI's projects span the state of Alaska on a regular basis taking care of client needs from disaster response, new builds, remodels, and even maintenance priorities.

Desiring to bring safe-dig / hydrovac services to Fairbanks, Seth bought a hydrovac in 2020 and in 2021 partnered with a friend to bring Hydrovac Pro to the greater Fairbanks area.

After graduating high school in 2002, Senator Frank Murkowski accepted Seth's application to be a summer intern in Washington, D.C. Seth worked on determining the fairness of the formula for appropriating Indian Reservation Roads funds at the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

From January through May of 2003, Seth served as a page in the Alaska State Senate.

Governor Frank H. Murkowski appointed Seth Church to serve as Youth Member on the Alaska Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee (AJJAC). Seth served for seven years on the committee, re-appointed by both Governors Palin and Parnell. He served as the Legislative Chair of AJJAC for two years and was elected by the members of the Coalition for Juvenile Justice as the National Youth Chair 2007 - 2008.

In 2009, Governor Sarah Palin appointed Mr. Church to serve on the Marine Transportation Advisory Board (MTAB) and Governor Sean Parnell later re-appointed him.

In 2010, Seth Church was awarded the Top 40 Under Forty award for professionals in the State of Alaska by the Alaska Journal of Commerce and the Alaska Chamber of Commerce.

Seth Church served as the Fundraising Chairman for US Senate candidate Joe Miller in 2010. Over $3,000,000 was raised in the eight month campaign.

From 2020 - 2021, Chairman Clary appointed Seth the Finance Chairman of the Alaska Republican Party. In 2021, Seth joined the Board of Directors for the Alaska Policy Forum.
